Services and Fees

• Notary public services, including certified true copies, affidavits and statutory declarations:

  • $36.99 for the first notarization (notary’s stamp and signature)

  • $21.99 for each additional notarization

• Writing affidavits and statutory declarations: $40.99 and up, plus the cost of notarization

• Drafting letters of invitation: $50 plus the cost of notarization

• Notary public services in Urdu, Arabic, Punjabi and Sindhi

• House call notary services: $54.99 and up, plus the cost of notarization

Meet the Notary

Mr. Zia Hanif is a multilingual professional with  proficiency in English, Urdu, Arabic, Punjabi and Sindhi languages. He received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Karachi (Pakistan). In addition to being a notary public, Mr. Hanif is a licensed Paralegal (Member, Law Society of Ontario) as well as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council). Mr. Hanif provides Licensed Immigration Consultant Services through his immigration consultancy practice, Diligent Immigration.
